Summary

Immediate and Fully Remote Contract opening for a Director of Pricing Strategy to lead complex pricing and commercial transformation engagements across enterprise clients. This role will operate as a senior advisor to client leadership, driving pricing strategy, monetization, and revenue optimization initiatives with measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end pricing strategy engagements, from problem structuring through execution and client adoption
Serve as a trusted advisor to VP and C-suite stakeholders, influencing pricing, monetization, and go-to-market strategy
Design and deliver value-based pricing, price architecture, and revenue optimization frameworks
Drive commercial transformation initiatives, aligning pricing with broader sales, product, and GTM strategies
Oversee analytical workstreams, including price optimization, customer segmentation, and financial modeling
Establish best practices for leveraging AI tools to enhance pricing analysis, research, and deliverables
Lead cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams
Support business development efforts, including client pitches, proposals, and expansion within existing accounts

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or commercial strategy consulting
Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB, Big 4, or equivalent) is required
Proven track record of leading client-facing engagements and delivering measurable revenue impact
Deep expertise in:

Value-based pricing
Price optimization and elasticity
Monetization strategy and pricing transformation

Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience leading multi-workstream engagements and cross-functional teams
Demonstrated experience supporting or driving business development / account growth
Strong analytical background with experience in financial modeling and data-driven decision making
MBA Degree
