Role : Azure DevOps Engineer
Location : Remote
Duration : Long-term Contract
Skills Expected:
Azure administration, networking, Terraform, Ansible scripting, and CI/CD pipeline skills, with the ability to independently provision and manage cloud infrastructure from scratch
Roles and Response:
- Working experience with tools like Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, or Azure Bicep for provisioning and managing infrastructure.
- Proficiency in working with various Azure services such as Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, Azure Boards, Azure Artifacts, Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Storage, etc.
- Jenkins: Proficiency in setting up and configuring Jenkins, including installing plugins, creating and managing build jobs, and integrating with source control systems and other tools.
- Source Control: Familiarity with Git and experience with source control management using Git repositories.
- Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate tasks and build deployment pipelines.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps tools like Azure Boards for project management, Azure Repos for version control, Azure Test Plans for test management, and Azure Artifacts for package management.
