Education and Experience »

Semantic HTML5, CSS, SASS Required 6 Years
WCAG 2.2 Level AA, ARIA, color contrast compliance Required 6 Years
Keyboard navigation and focus management Required 6 Years
Screen reader testing (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) Required 6 Years
Accessibility auditing tools (axe DevTools, WAVE) Required 6 Years
Angular Required 6 Years
MVC .NET frameworks Required 6 Years
Web standards and best practices Required 6 Years

Knowledge and Skills:

Semantic Markup Expert: Deep expertise in writing clean, semantic HTML5 and modern, responsive CSS/SASS.

Preferred Qualifications (A Plus)

Experience working with established design systems or wrapper components.
Direct experience utilizing or extending the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS).
Foundational understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design workflows.
