Role Summary
The Intersect Group is seeking a Client Service Advocate to serve as a critical link between clients, Account Managers, Sales Operations, Procurement, and technical teams. This role is responsible for ensuring clients receive timely support, accurate information, and a high level of service while also providing operational support that enables the sales and account management teams to succeed.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, client focused, and comfortable operating in a fast paced environment with significant autonomy. This individual will manage client inquiries, coordinate resolutions across multiple teams, support quoting and contract processes, and act as a trusted internal advocate for client needs. Success in this role is measured through client satisfaction, retention, responsiveness, operational accuracy, and the ability to drive issues to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients participating in the Client Care program
• Manage and monitor client inquiries, ensuring requests are addressed and resolved in a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal teams to research issues, gather information, and provide solutions to clients
• Own client requests from initial inquiry through final resolution, ensuring consistent follow through
• Prepare client quotes and pricing requests in partnership with internal stakeholders
• Develop proposals alongside Solutions Engineering and technical teams
• Work with vendors and procurement partners to source products, services, and competitive pricing
• Support contract administration, renewals, documentation management, and record retention
• Maintain accurate client, contract, and opportunity information within CRM and operational systems
• Track, analyze, and identify trends within client requests to improve service delivery and processes
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities throughout the client lifecycle
• Create and maintain documentation, workflows, and operational processes to improve efficiency
• Identify client risks, concerns, and opportunities and communicate them to the appropriate stakeholders
Key Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and professional business experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a business related field with at least 3 years of professional experience
• Proven experience supporting clients, customers, account teams, sales operations, or business operations functions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing requests
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business leaders, technical teams, and clients
• Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems independently, and make informed decisions
• Experience managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in clear, business friendly language
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in operational and administrative work
• Ability to prioritize effectively and remain professional in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
• Self motivated professional who is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience within a managed services, IT services, technology services, or MSP environment
• Experience supporting quoting, procurement, vendor management, contract administration, or sales operations processes
• Familiarity with CRM, case management, ticketing, or service management platforms
• Experience using Autotask or similar service management tools
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, analysis, and data management
• Experience generating, interpreting, or distributing reports using Power BI
• Foundational understanding of IT infrastructure, technology solutions, and technical terminology
• Experience serving as a liaison between clients, account teams, and technical resources
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable next steps for internal teams
