Summary:
This hybrid role involves analyzing compliance data to identify trends and perform statistical analysis. The position requires creating ad hoc reports and dashboards, translating complex data into actionable insights, and supporting strategic initiatives through data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed analysis of compliance data to assess performance and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies across departments or business units.
Develop, manage, and deliver ad hoc and regular compliance reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Generate regular and customized reports that provide leadership with insights into the current state of compliance.
Analyze large sets of compliance-related data to provide meaningful, statistically sound, and actionable insights.
Translate complex data into simple, understandable narratives that highlight trends and opportunities for improvement.
Present data insights in a way that supports strategic initiatives and drives operational decisions.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of relevant experience required.
Experience in reporting and analysis, Power BI dashboards, and translating business requirements into actionable insights.

Desired Skills:

Strong data analysis and statistical analysis skills.
Proficiency in building and managing dashboards.
Ability to identify requirements from business owners and translate them into actionable insights and dashboards.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $53.00 - $57.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
