Role: Engagement Lead (HR Knowledge Content Transformation)

Location: Montreal, Canada (On-Site)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

• Own the engagement from current-state assessment through target design, pilot, migration, rationalization, and operating-model implementation.
• HR transformation, executive stakeholder management, program governance, HR knowledge management, employee experience, AEM/AskHR understanding, roadmap and business-case development, change and adoption leadership.
• In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design and mobilization of a future-state HR knowledge model, aligning HR, Employee Experience, Communications, Product and Technology around Adobe Experience Manager as the authoritative publishing source and the client’s AskHR employee experience as the primary front door to HR.

Responsibilities:

• Engagement Leadership
• Own engagement scope, governance, plan, risks, dependencies, commercials and weekly executive reporting.
• Lead the phases of alignment and baseline, prove and design, migrate and rationalize, and scale and sustain.
• Coordinate content, experience, technology, decommissioning, operating-model, change and measurement workstreams.

Solution and Stakeholder Leadership:

• Lead current-state assessment, target content architecture, employee-service experience design, repository rationalization and phased roadmap development.
• Facilitate senior stakeholder decisions on ownership, governance, exceptions, migration priorities and endpoint retirement.
• Define pilot acceptance criteria and success measures for findability, answer quality, self-service, governed reuse and adoption.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of consulting, transformation or program leadership experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation, governance, financial management and risk management skills.
• Working knowledge of HR knowledge management, employee experience, content architecture, enterprise search and AI-enabled service delivery.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary business, content, UX, AI, integration, analytics, change and migration teams.

HR Solutioning Experience Requirement:

• Experience leading HR transformation or HR service-delivery solutioning involving employee portals, HR knowledge bases, AskHR-style experiences, HR help services, case escalation or HR shared services.
• Experience defining HR content governance, ownership, lifecycle controls, localization, accessibility, migration and repository retirement.
• Ability to connect HR journeys and policy content with Adobe Experience Manager, enterprise search, conversational AI and downstream HR systems.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

• AEM or enterprise content-management transformation experience.
• Exposure to conversational AI, RAG-enabled knowledge retrieval, search relevance and answer-quality measurement.
• Experience delivering transformation in regulated global organizations.
