Job Description:

Pay Range: $132.93hr - $137.93hr

The Solutions Architect partners with Enterprise Architecture and development teams to design and implement scalable, service-based technology solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.
This role translates architectural vision into actionable roadmaps and executable designs while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
The position serves as a technical liaison across business stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams, driving innovation and optimization across the Sales and Distribution technology stack.

Requirement/Must Have:

Minimum 8 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a related leadership role.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on development experience designing and implementing complex solutions.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Distribution business processes and technologies.
Experience with AWS cloud application design, development, and deployment.
Experience with event streaming and web service protocols such as REST, SOAP, JSON, or Kafka.
Experience with data development including database design, data modeling, and ETL processes.
Strong system design and architectural experience, including technical requirements documentation.
Proven ability to lead design reviews and provide technical leadership.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Enterprise Architecture to define and maintain the target operating model, technologies, tools, and architectural patterns.
Translate enterprise architecture into solution designs and code-level execution in collaboration with development teams.
Serve as the technical liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and distribution partners.
Design end-to-end service-based solutions using APIs and event-driven architecture.
Develop actionable technology roadmaps aligned with future-state vision.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and technology stacks.
Architect reusable, scalable, and high-performing components such as APIs and microservices.
Lead cross-functional solution architecture across the Sales and Distribution technology stack.
Assess current technology landscape to identify gaps, overlaps, and optimization opportunities.
Conduct technology evaluations and recommend investments or rationalization strategies.
Participate in architecture governance activities, design reviews, and architecture boards.
Collaborate on project planning, requirement reviews, test plan reviews, and production transition activities.
Mentor team members and contribute to the architecture community.

Skills:

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Technical leadership and mentoring abilities.
Deep understanding of service-based and event-driven architecture.
Strong knowledge of data modeling and ETL best practices.
Experience enabling integrations with vendor and SaaS platforms.
General knowledge of insurance, investment, or financial data domains.
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and container orchestration platforms.

Should Have:

AWS certifications.
7+ years of full-stack design and development experience.
Experience with technologies such as Vertica, Kong, Kafka, Salesforce, React, content management platforms, SAP, Kubernetes, and related enterprise systems.
Experience with financial planning, order entry, distribution management, or investment platforms.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field required.
Master s degree preferred.
