Role Description

  • The AI Engineering Lead will drive the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of AI-powered applications and digital assistant solutions supporting HR and operational workflows. This role is pivotal in expanding AI capabilities, integrating advanced AI agents, and ensuring the applications meet evolving business needs with reliability, scalability, and compliance.
  • Lead the engineering team in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven features for HR Systems and Digital Assistant, focusing on automation of HR processes, actionable insights, and seamless user experiences.
  • Design and implement AI agent solutions, leveraging industry standards for reliability, explainability, and responsible AI (RAI) practices.
  • Integrate and optimize the use of internal tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Co-pilot, Open AI SDK, LangChain, LangGraph, and Autogen for agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and workflow automation.
  • Collaborate with product management, UX, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic goals and user needs.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance, security, and privacy standards, and contribute to the development of AI architecture standards.
  • Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies with ability to stay current with emerging and industry trends.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in leading AI agent development, with a strong understanding of agent architectures, orchestration frameworks, and industry best practices
  • Hands-on expertise with IBM Watson platform, including Watson Assistant and related AI services.
  • Familiarity with Claude Code, GitHub Co-pilot, Open AI SDK, LangChain, LangGraph, and/or Autogen for building and deploying advanced AI agents.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, UKG, Azure, Databricks) and managing multi-cloud environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to take a holistic perspective on system design, data flows, and business impact.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated commitment to responsible AI, data privacy, and ethical standards in AI deployments.

Nice-to-have Skills

  • Experience with HR technology platforms and digital worker automation.
  • Track record of delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency and user experience through AI.
