We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to create a welcoming and organized office environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while supporting day-to-day administrative operations. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and take detailed messages

- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
