Job Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. You will review and analyze multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Additionally, you will contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. This role involves strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between lines of business and technology partners by facilitating the delivery of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated solutions.
  • Support the business in aligning Intelligent Automation (IA) needs/usage with technology and business strategies.
  • Develop automation analysis and design methodology, including policies, procedures, tools, and artifacts, to ensure a rapid implementation process aligned with established release cycles and enterprise standards.
  • Work directly with subject matter experts to fully comprehend business processes and translate them into clear and concise user stories.
  • Create and groom the backlog for automation delivery and deployment.
  • Support automation testing and facilitate user acceptance testing.
  • Conduct product demos and provide product acceptance.
  • Proactively notify stakeholders of risks, bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with System Development Lifecycle and Information Security requirements.
  • Identify and communicate risks and impacts, proposing risk mitigation options.
  • Provide in-depth analysis using interpretive and design thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Business Execution team members and leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Respond to and collaborate with developers regarding requirements and client needs.
  • Make decisions on product functionality and experience areas requiring a strong understanding of business, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:
  • 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Strong understanding of AI, Gen-AI, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and orchestration platforms, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience leading and collaborating with engineering teams to design and implement AI and Agentic AI workflows using tools like LangChain/LangGraph, Google Agent Space, MS CoPilot Studio, etc.
  • Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and enterprise software development.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, BloombergGPT).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay Range: $60 - $65
