We are seeking a Principal Salesforce Technical Architect to join a global IT team delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that drive commercial excellence across multiple regions. This role will focus on end-to-end Pricing & Contracting capabilities, including CPQ, pricing management, and contract workflows.
You will act as a strategic architecture leader, partnering with business and IT stakeholders to design scalable, high-quality solutions while minimizing technical debt and ensuring global scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions and translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
Conduct architecture and design workshops
Own end-to-end solution architecture across data, integration, security, and automation
Estimate level of effort, assess risks, and ensure feasibility of solutions
Drive architecture governance and lifecycle decisions
Provide leadership in Salesforce capabilities and best practices
Support SIT/UAT and ensure high-quality delivery outcomes
Mentor developers, admins, and cross-functional teams
Define and maintain architecture standards and design patterns
Evaluate and implement new Salesforce technologies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
8–10+ years of overall IT experience
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (configuration and/or development)
Minimum 2+ years in a Technical Lead or Architect role
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of Salesforce platform experience in enterprise environments
Strong expertise in Salesforce products, including AI/Agentforce and Data Cloud
Experience with Pricing & Contracting tools (e.g., Conga, Revenue Cloud)
Integration experience using APIs and tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, Kafka, etc.
Experience leading full lifecycle Salesforce implementations (Agile/Waterfall)
Strong documentation and communication skills
Experience with data management, DevOps, and release management
Experience with single-org and multi-org Salesforce environments
Salesforce certifications (active or achievable upon hire)
Additional Information
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills required
Experience working with distributed/global teams is a plus
