Summary

Job Title : Client Services Project Specialist

Location: Remote
Contract: 12 months
Pay Rate: Up to $30/hour
Interview: One round
Education: JD from an accredited U.S. law school or LLM from an accredited institution

Required Qualifications

  • JD from an accredited U.S. law school or LLM from an accredited institution.
  • Strong tax background and understanding of tax documentation and compliance.
  • Excellent customer service, phone etiquette, and communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and handle challenging conversations professionally.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Preferred: Experience with W-9, W-8BEN, and W-8BEN-E forms, tax compliance, legal services, class action settlements, or complaint resolution.
