| Experience in solving complex technical Search problems in terms of relevancy, scaling, performance fine-tuning, building a platform to handle high query throughputs and indexing throughput, benchmarking clusters to achieve optimal performance. |
| Experience with Analysers, BM25, Vector Search, Fuzzy match, Search as you type, Hybrid Search, Tokenization, KNN, LLMs, | |
| Experience in leading and delivering Enterprise Search projects at both the architectural and program level including ILM, Sharding, Capacity models, scaling, on premise, ECE, ECK, Serverless | |
| Experience in GenAI, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) Agentic AI, and vector embeddings. | |
| Deep understanding of distributed architecture including application, database, and systems. | |
| Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with on-prem systems and/or major public/private cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). | |
| Technical Depth: Hands-on experience in Linux, networking, security, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation. | |
| Programming/Scripting: Experience utilizing programming or scripting languages in a corporate environment (e.g., Python, Javascript, Go). | |
| Communication: Exceptional customer advocacy, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Proven ability to lead and articulate technical solutions and business value to stakeholders, including C-level executives. | |
| Travel: Ability and willingness to travel to client sites periodically as required for project success (up to 40%) | |

| BS or master's degree in computer science or a related technical field. | |
