Role: LIMS Architect

Location: Remote

Desired Experience Range: 10 13 yrs

Required Skill Set: Labware LIMS

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

1. Working knowledge of Labware LIMS version 7/8.
2. Hands-on experience of configuration and setup of Labware LIMS within organization infrastructure.
3. Working knowledge of configuration package transfer, data transfer within environments, user management and static data management.
4. Good understanding of working in ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
5. Excellent written and oral skills.

Good-to-Have

1. Certified in Labware LIMS Admin1/Admin2.
2. Knowledge of integration with other pharma manufacturing applications including Waters EMPOWER and SAP.
3. Knowledge of server management including user profile cleaning, log-clearing.
4. Understanding of Pharma Regulatory Compliances.

Responsibilities / Expectations from the Role

1. Working with customer for requirement analysis, planning, setup, configuration and integration of systems.
2. Liaise with business users and customer architect teams to define the requirements.
3. Defining standards and good practices for BAU teams and guiding them for adoption of the same.
4. Able to guide teams in implementing solutions for the business requirements.
5. Timely identification of implementation risks, suggesting mitigations and also troubleshooting issues faced during implementation and providing corrective actions.
6. Coordination with onsite teams for implementation executions to ensure timely deliveries.
7. Review of work delivered by other team members and ensuring adherence to customer standards.
