Introduction
We are seeking a Master Automotive Technician in Centralia, WA with 8+ years of professional shop experience. Earn $45-$50/hr flat rate with $100K-$140K annual earning potential. This Monday-Friday opportunity offers no weekends, advanced diagnostic work, paid training, and a clean, fully digital shop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across major vehicle systems.
- Diagnose complex electrical, drivability, engine performance, and intermittent concerns.
- Repair brakes, steering, suspension, HVAC, transmission, and engine systems.
- Use OBD-II scanners, digital multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment.
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and accurately document findings.
- Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors and team members.
- Deliver efficient, high-quality workmanship while maintaining an organized workspace.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Master-level automotive diagnostic and repair skills.
- Strong electrical, drivability, and engine performance diagnostic experience.
- Proficiency with scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and digital inspection platforms.
- ASE Certifications highly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach.
Compensation & Benefits
