Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Angular / Java)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in Angular and Java to build modern, scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, and contribute to refactoring legacy systems into microservices-based architectures.

This role requires strong collaboration with business and technical teams to understand system needs, perform feasibility and cost/benefit analysis, and deliver high-quality, secure, and maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Angular and Java
Refactor legacy systems into scalable microservices architectures
Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications
Develop secure, high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs
Evaluate system capabilities, limitations, and feasibility of enhancements
Perform cost/benefit analysis and recommend optimal solutions
Work with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements
Implement DevSecOps practices within development workflows
Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and proper documentation

Required Qualifications

8+ years of full software development lifecycle experience
Strong proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Extensive experience in Java backend development
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with cloud-native or serverless application deployments
Familiarity with event-driven architecture patterns
Experience integrating DevSecOps practices
Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience refactoring monolithic applications into microservices
Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus or Application Insights
Experience with feature flags and progressive delivery
Strong coding standards and documentation practices
Active participation in Agile environments and peer reviews
