Summary
Role: Principal Devops/ Platform Lead
Duration: 12+ Month(s)
Location: Hybrid onsite in Topeka, KS (candidates must be local to Topeka or nearby KS)

Requirements
· 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, cloud, or platform engineering roles
· Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines at scale
· Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Bicep, or similar)
· Experience working in hybrid or cloud environments (Azure experience preferred)
· Experience automating build, deployment, and infrastructure workflows
· Strong scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
· Experience integrating security into delivery pipelines
· Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience modernizing enterprise DevOps practices
· Experience with container platforms or Kubernetes environments
· Experience implementing GitOps or modern deployment models
· Familiarity with observability and reliability practices
· Experience working in regulated or large enterprise environments
