Description We are seeking a hands on technical Director of Information Technology to define and execute technology strategies supporting business objectives. This includes increasing productivity through automation and AI, developing innovative digital capabilities, and maintaining strong security and compliance standards. The role oversees all technology functions for a multi-site property management and construction organization-covering infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and end-user services. The IT Director acts as a strategic advisor and hands-on leader, managing a small IT team and vendor relationships. Collaboration with Finance, Operations, HR, and other business leaders is essential.
- Strong technical expertise in modern IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, security, and digital transformation.
- Skilled in automation, APIs, integrations, and Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and collaboration tools,
- Effective people leader who motivates and develops the team.
- Experience with IT strategy, governance, and change management in a scaling organization.
- Business process automation, Power BI, Power Platform, Power BI, Power Automate and architectural thinking with data analysis.
- Financial awareness: able to link technology investments to business outcomes.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 plus bonus

Education Assistance
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience, including both technical and leadership positions.
- Proven track record of overseeing IT operations within multi-site or multi-entity organizations, with a preference for experience in property management or HOA management.
- Extensive experience supporting environments built on Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform.
- Skilled in designing and deploying AI-powered reporting, predictive analytics solutions, or advanced workflow automation.
- Strong background in vendor management, budgeting, and executing large-scale enterprise IT projects.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, CGEIT, PMP, CISM, or CISSP are preferred.
