Position Overview:
Job Summary
The AI Solutions & Experience Lead plays a strategic role in driving workflow transformation through the Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) model. In this role, you will embed directly with business stakeholders across Communications, Legal, and Enterprise Engineering teams to understand workflows, identify optimization opportunities, and build production-ready AI solutions.
You will lead the design, development, deployment, and scaling of AI-powered applications, agents, automations, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in Generative AI, Full Stack Development, Cloud Platforms, and Enterprise Architecture with strong customer-facing and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to redesign workflows using AI-driven solutions.
- Act as a Forward Deployed Engineer, collaborating directly with customer teams to understand business processes and identify transformation opportunities.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI applications, intelligent agents, automations, and workflow solutions.
- Own the complete software development lifecycle from prototyping through production deployment.
- Build and implement RAG-based applications using LLMs and Vector Databases.
- Develop full-stack solutions using Python, ReactJS, TypeScript, APIs, and Microservices architectures.
- Lead rapid prototyping initiatives and contribute directly to development when required.
- Implement workflow automation and enterprise integrations across multiple business systems.
- Collaborate with Platform Engineering and Product teams to convert successful customer solutions into reusable enterprise platforms.
- Drive customer adoption, continuous improvement, and solution scalability.
- Mentor engineering teams and influence AI adoption strategies across the organization.

Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Developer Tools, Applied AI, Customer Engineering, or related technical domains.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale AI-based solutions.
- Strong experience building production-grade applications using Python and modern web technologies.
- Deep understanding of AI-native software development practices.
- Experience implementing RAG architectures and Vector Database solutions.
- Expertise with cloud-native development on Azure and AWS.
- Strong understanding of APIs, Microservices, and distributed architectures.
- Ability to work directly with executive stakeholders and technical teams.
- Demonstrated experience delivering customer-facing technology solutions in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience building enterprise Copilot solutions.
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience scaling PoCs into enterprise-wide platforms.
- Exposure to Communications, Legal, or Enterprise Operations domains.
