Senior Project Management Specialist

Location: Onsite at Silver Lake Blvd, Dover, DE- Candidates must be local to Newark, DE and be willing to go onsite daily.

Duration: 12+ Months

Rate: Market Rate

What You’ll Need

Required

· Bachelor’s Degree in related field required

· 7+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale IT, software development, or enterprise-wide technology projects from initiation through implementation

· Experience developing project plans, managing project schedules, and ensuring on-time delivery of project milestones

· Proven ability to manage project scope, risks, issues, changes, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining adherence to established project governance processes

· Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and client organizations throughout the project lifecycle

· Strong program and project reporting experience, including tracking KPIs, presenting status updates to leadership, and ensuring successful project completion and stakeholder approval
