Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 10+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 5+ years in core Salesforce development
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud Data Models (Patients, Care Programs, Enrollees) and Health Cloud Console
• Proven hands-on experience in the Life Sciences industry with at least one end-to-end implementation
• Proficiency in OmniStudio for Health Cloud, Conga Composer, and Amazon Connect
• Advanced Apex Programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL)
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce Flows (Record-triggered and Screen flows)
• Strong integration experience using Representational State Transfer (REST), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), MuleSoft, and Salesforce Connect
• Expertise in Salesforce Shield (Event Monitoring, Platform Encryption) and Change Data Capture (CDC)
• Robust understanding of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations
• Direct the setup and optimization of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Salesforce DevOps Center or Git
• Govern the full Release Management lifecycle, including sandbox strategy and deployment validation
• Define and enforce coding standards and secure development practices across Apex, LWC, and Flows
• Oversee technical delivery of integration solutions using Platform Events and Event-Driven Architectures
• Ensure code quality and compliance through peer reviews, static code analysis, and unit testing
• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to global development teams in Agile environments
