Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Celonis Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM), modern cloud infrastructure, and data engineering. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable process mining solutions, guide technical teams, and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of data engineers in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale data solutions for Celonis OCPM.
Design and implement scalable, reliable, and high-performance data pipelines and ETL processes.
Architect and deploy Celonis OCPM solutions on modern cloud-native infrastructure.
Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and governance across all data platforms.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solution architectures.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practices to engineering teams.
Optimize platform performance through data analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, and modern data engineering practices.
Required Skills & Experience

Celonis & Data Engineering

3+ years of experience implementing and managing Celonis OCPM solutions.
Cloud & Container Platforms

3+ years of experience deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes.
Hands-on expertise with at least one Kubernetes platform such as:
Amazon EKS
Azure AKS
Red Hat OpenShift
Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture, scalability, resiliency, high availability, and security best practices.
Infrastructure & DevOps

Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
Experience with Helm and/or Kustomize.
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Ansible.
Experience working with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
Integration & Enterprise Technologies

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and API management.
Knowledge of data ingestion and streaming technologies such as Kafka.
Understanding of enterprise authentication and security technologies including SSO and LDAP.
Good understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and governance requirements.
