Job Description:

Seeking a strong SAP Functional Analyst with expertise in Procure to Pay, Travel & Expense processes with the ability to analyze business requirements, design solutions, end user operational support and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Finance process experiences are considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• ·Provide end-to-end functional support across SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing) and SAP Concur (Travel & Expense)
• ·Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle:
•  Purchase Requisitions
• Purchase Orders
• Vendor Invoicing
• Vendor Coordination
• Support invoice processing, invoice queues, and OCR integrations
• Perform operational monitoring of procurement processes and system workflows
• Handle integrations with external systems (OCR, banking, Epic, Prolease)
• Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and data validation related to procurement and expenses
• Provide incident management, troubleshooting, and production support
• Participate in system upgrades, releases, and transport management
• Support audit and compliance activities related to procurement (e.g., invoice validation, controls)
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to improve procurement processes
• Manage change requests and contribute to release planning and CCB processes
• Support knowledge transfer and offshore coordination

Required Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• · 8+ years of SAP Procurement experience
• · 4+ years of SAP Concur experience
• · Strong knowledge of Source to Pay processes with integrations with Finance
• · Hands-on experience with SAP configuration and support
• · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• · Reporting power user and consumer using tools like SAP Query, Power BI, BW, or other BI tools
• · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
