Title: Power Platform Engineer
Duration: Direct-hire
Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-based)
Salary Range: 90k - 115k dependent upon location

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade solutions within a Microsoft 365 environment. This role focuses on building scalable applications, driving platform governance, and integrating solutions across cloud platforms and business systems. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, security, and business teams to deliver secure, high-impact automation and application solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages
- Administer and manage Power Platform environments, including governance, security policies, and lifecycle management
- Establish and enforce best practices related to ALM, deployment processes, and solution packaging
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services and third-party platforms using APIs and secure connectors
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure solutions meet compliance and data protection requirements
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance of applications in development and production
- Evaluate existing implementations and recommend enhancements or architectural improvements
- Provide guidance and mentorship to developers and citizen developers
- Create technical documentation, standards, and training materials
- Stay current with new platform capabilities and recommend adoption where appropriate
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Experience with Power Platform governance, security, DLP policies, and environment management
- Proficiency integrating systems using REST APIs and custom connectors
- Experience working with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, identity management (Entra ID), and access control
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and deployment automation
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
