The AI Product Architect is responsible for defining, modernizing, and operationalizing AI-driven capabilities across Arbitration Forums’ cloud-based claims arbitration ecosystem. Using a technology stack centered on Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure AI Foundry, Purview, and Azure API Management, the architect leads efforts to transform legacy on-premise functionality into modular, cloud-native, interoperable services that support a scalable Data Hub and Data Lakehouse for advanced analytics, GenAI, agentic AI, and document ingestion.
The role works cross-functionally with IT, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, and Member Experience teams to design composable AI products, create functional roadmaps, and embed intelligent decisioning into end-to-end B2B insurance claims workflows. This includes orchestrating AI product lifecycles, defining integration patterns, managing cloud APIs, ensuring governance alignment through Purview, and enabling delivery through reusable components deployed via AF’s marketplace models.
Key responsibilities include:
Re-engineering and migrating high-value product features to Azure-based architectures.
Driving AI-powered capabilities using Fabric Lakehouse, ADF pipelines, AI Foundry models, and Power BI analytics.
Ensuring interoperability and configurability through well-defined APIs, microservices, and modular solution components.
Partnering with stakeholders to prioritize AI use cases, align roadmaps, and minimize technical debt.
Defining deployment, testing, and adoption strategies for AI solutions across multiple insurance carriers and partners.
Providing architectural leadership for claims automation, decisioning, document intelligence, and agentic AI workloads.
Overall, the role ensures AF’s insurance arbitration platform evolves into a modern, AI-powered, cloud-native ecosystem delivering high-value, interoperable services to members.
