Mindbank is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms in support of naval applications.
This role requires deep technical expertise in modern machine learning methods, distributed systems, cloud native development, and software engineering best practices.
The senior Machine Learning Engineerwill collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver mission-focused AI solutions that integrate into operational Navy environments.
Develop and deploy algorithms, mathematical models, and machine learning -models into real world operational environments.
Developcoud native ML pipelines using AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes or equivalent platforms.
Implement Machine Learning solutions using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Scikit-learn.
Contribute to distributed computing and parallel pocessing approaches to optimize ML model performance.
Participate in CI/CD pipeline development, automation, and DeSec Ops workflows.
Requirements:
Must have BS degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Geography, Math, Machine Learning or Statistics
US Citzenship; no dual Citizenship
Active Top Secret Clearance is required. If you have a higher clearance; let us know.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
Must have strong experience with Python.
Experience having worked as like a BA , Data Scientist, Data Analyst, DBA, Data Engineer, Geospatial engineer or analystor simialar roles.
Proven experience with all the skills and tasks listed under the job description.
Strong programming with Java, C++, Go, or Rust.
Experience with GIT
Familiarity with AWS or Azure, and containerizaton tools like Docker, Kubernetes
Must have the experience with algorithms, math models or machine learning models.
It would be a plus if you have some experienc with Tensorflow or Py Torch, API desig and cloud native architecutures.
