work hours: 9am to 6pm

responsibilities:

Execute change management strategies to support the rollout of digital products and process modernization.


Assess change impacts and readiness across business units to identify adoption risks.


Create targeted communications (newsletters, briefings, FAQs) explaining the "why" and "how" of changes.


Collaborate with Training teams to develop user guides, workshops, and e-learning modules.


Facilitate stakeholder workshops and feedback sessions to drive shared ownership and alignment.


Gather user feedback and analyze adoption data to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.




qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


3+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or organizational development.


Proven ability to create professional training materials and deliver engaging presentations.


Strong problem-solving skills with experience interpreting data to guide business strategies.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


Experience with large-scale system rollouts such as ERP or accounting platforms.


Familiarity with Agile delivery models and cross-functional team collaboration.


Background in Learning & Development, Communications, or Public Relations.
