Job Description:
ETL Automation Develop and maintain automated test scripts Python SQL to validate Informatica or similar ETL workflows ensuring data integrity.
Payments Validation Validate complex financial transactions and payment data movements between source systems and data warehouses Data Quality Assurance Test rules implemented during ETL data movement to ensure accurate extraction transformation and loading ETL.
Automation Frameworks Build and maintain testing frameworks to streamline the testing of data pipelines.
CICD Integration Integrate automation scripts with CICD tools like Jenkins Bitbucket or Git to ensure automated testing within Agile development pipelines.
Data Warehouse Validation Validate Data Warehouse DWH table structures and troubleshoot data storage systems.
Experience 3 years of experience in automation testing specifically focusing on ETL testing or data pipeline verification preferably in fintech payments.
SQL Mastery Strong expertise in writing complex SQL queries for data analysis validation and performance tuning.
Scripting Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Java.
ETL Tools Experience with ETL testing tools eg Informatica Talend Apache Airflow.
Database Knowledge Experience with relational databases Oracle PostgreSQL MySQL.
Agile Methodology Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Problem Solving Strong analytical skills to diagnose data inconsistencies and payment bottlenecks.
