Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced System Engineer with strong expertise in Product Development, SDLC, System Engineering, Hardware, Software, Firmware, AWS Cloud, and Cross-Functional Product Development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing system requirements, ensuring end-to-end traceability, supporting regulatory compliance, and coordinating between onsite customers and offshore delivery teams.
This role requires strong collaboration with R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Clinical, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality products throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Product Development activities across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Develop and maintain System Requirements Specifications (SyRS) and Product Requirements Documents (PRD).
- Ensure complete requirements traceability using the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Collaborate with Hardware, Software, and Firmware engineering teams throughout product development.
- Support regulatory compliance and quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Work closely with R&D, Quality Assurance (QA), Regulatory Affairs (RA), Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Clinical, and Marketing teams.
- Drive issue resolution, design reviews, technical discussions, and engineering decision-making.
- Serve as the primary onsite interface between customers and offshore delivery teams.
- Design and support cloud-based solutions using AWS services, including ECS, EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, IAM, SSM, and CloudWatch.
- Develop applications and integrations using C#, Python, REST APIs, and ORM frameworks.
- Support frontend development using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- Support DevOps and CI/CD processes using Docker, Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Perform Windows Shell scripting and system automation.
- Work with PostgreSQL databases and support ETL-related activities.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in Product Development and SDLC.
- Hands-on experience with Hardware, Software, and Firmware development environments.
- Experience creating and managing SyRS, PRD, and RTM documentation.
- Strong understanding of Regulatory and Compliance requirements.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering and business teams.
- Experience coordinating between onsite customers and offshore teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud, including ECS, EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, IAM, SSM, and CloudWatch.
- Strong programming experience with C#, Python, REST APIs, and ORM frameworks.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- Experience with Docker, Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Shell scripting.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and ETL concepts.
