Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PLM QA Analyst with strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management, specification management, formulation processes, and quality assurance within the Food & Beverage industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SpecRight or similar PLM/specification platforms and will be responsible for testing and validating product, ingredient, formulation, packaging, nutritional, and regulatory data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements related to PLM, specification management, formulation management, and Food & Beverage product development.
  • Create and execute functional, regression, integration, SIT, and UAT test scenarios.
  • Validate product specifications, ingredient data, formulation information, packaging attributes, nutritional information, and regulatory data.
  • Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, test scenarios, and test evidence.
  • Perform end-to-end testing across PLM and related applications.
  • Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution.
  • Perform regression testing following application fixes and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business users, developers, product teams, and technical stakeholders.
  • Support SIT, UAT, production validation, and post-release testing.
  • Validate data accuracy and consistency across product, ingredient, formulation, packaging, and nutritional datasets.
  • Participate in defect triage and communicate testing progress, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure applications align with Food & Beverage business processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain QA documentation and testing evidence.
  • Identify opportunities to improve testing coverage, processes, and application quality.

Required Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of relevant QA/testing experience.
  • Strong experience with PLM and specification management applications.
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage manufacturing or product development domain.
  • Hands-on experience with functional, regression, integration, SIT, and UAT testing.
  • Strong understanding of product specifications, formulations, ingredients, packaging, labelling, and nutritional data.
  • Experience validating regulatory and compliance-related product information.
  • Experience creating and executing test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
  • Strong defect management and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration experience.
