Top Requirements:5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experienceStrong analytical and business analysis skills with asset management experienceExperience with ServiceNow and working knowledge of IT infrastructure and network topologyPlusses:Experience in asset/inventory management and SACM processesCross-functional collaboration and leadership experienceStrategic planning and business execution experienceExperience working in Agile environmentsReporting and dashboarding experience (Excel, metrics tracking)Job Summary:In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Lead triage, assignment, and tracking of remediation efforts for asset discrepancies identified through SACM processes
- Analyze ServiceNow inventory data to validate and ensure accuracy of hardware and asset records
- Partner with asset class owners and SMEs to reconcile discrepancies across systems
- Identify, document, and remediate unexpected or unmanaged infrastructure on the network
- Perform root cause analysis and trend analysis to identify gaps in processes, tools, or data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute remediation strategies and reduce risk exposure
- Provide subject matter expertise on ServiceNow asset management and configuration processes
- Maintain accurate inventory data to support security initiatives and vulnerability response efforts
- Develop and provide reporting, dashboards, and metrics to leadership for decision-making
- Support Agile processes for ServiceNow tool enhancements and integrations
- Guide and support junior team members and distributed stakeholders
