Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Governance Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading critical shared services and governance functions, including Procurement Compliance, Master Data Management, Contract Administration, Fleet Programs, and Procurement Analytics. The successful candidate will have a strong background in procurement, supply chain, procurement operations, shared services, or procurement governance roles within the heavy manufacturing, construction materials, cement, aggregates, or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all procurement compliance, master data management, contract administration, fleet programs, and procurement analytics functions.
  • Develop and implement procurement governance strategies to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Continuously enhance procurement-related SAP structures and workflows, including organizational hierarchy, release strategies, material master governance, and Materials Management optimization initiatives.
  • Design and deliver training materials, process documentation, workshops, and Procure-to-Pay.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes and workflows.
  • Monitor and report on procurement performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline required.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, procurement operations, shared services, or procurement governance roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing operations, contract administration, and procure-to-pay workflows within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience working within ERP environments, preferably SAP, including exposure to master data governance and workflow administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Adobe tools, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Must have experience within the heavy manufacturing, construction materials, cement, aggregates, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
