Le client recherche un profil hybride Chef de projet / Analyste d'affaires pour soutenir une nouvelle initiative de commerce lectronique rcemment approuve. La ressource dirigera la coordination du projet, recueillera et traduira les exigences, et collaborera avec plusieurs units d'affaires (marketing, logistique, marchandisage, planification/allocation). Cette personne doit avoir suffisamment d'exprience pour interagir avec des parties prenantes de haut niveau et tre l'aise d'excuter la fois les fonctions de gestion de projet et d'analyse d'affaires, incluant la rdaction de documentation et l'analyse dtaille. Le rle exige une approche oriente livraison rapide, de la flexibilit et la capacit de grer une initiative entirement nouvelle avec un fort sens de l'urgence.
The client is seeking a hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst to support a newly approved E-commerce initiative. The resource will lead project coordination, gather and translate requirements, and work across multiple business units (marketing, logistics, merchandising, planning/allocation). This individual must be experienced enough to interact with stakeholders and comfortable executing both PM and BA functions, including drafting documentation and diving into detailed analysis. The role requires a fast-paced delivery mindset, flexibility, and the ability to manage a net-new initiative with urgency.

This dual-track role requires a candidate who can switch seamlessly between high-level project leadership (PM) and deep-dive requirement elicitation (BA).
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology, with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) experience highly preferred for translating business needs into technical specifications.
The selected consultant will own the integrated project schedule and milestone management while also driving the documentation and alignment of cross-functional requirements.
Core responsibilities include:
Leading and facilitating cross-department collaboration
Managing executive stakeholder reporting
Ensuring strict adherence to PMO governance standards
Maintaining momentum and managing the project's critical path
