Summary

Location: Lansing, Michigan

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite 2 days per week from Day 1)

Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership: Define technical requirements, establish development standards, and ensure solutions adhere to security guidelines.
Development: Write high-quality Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Integration: Execute end-to-end technical aspects including data migrations, API integrations (REST/SOAP), and third-party AppExchange products.
DevOps & Lifecycle: Support SFDX development, branch management, and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps.
Collaboration: Work closely with architects and stakeholders to drive technical solutions and devise training plans for smooth transitions to Maintenance & Operations.

Required Skills & Experience

Salesforce Expertise: Minimum of 6 years of strong Salesforce development experience.
Core Development: At least 4 years of experience with Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript.
Service Cloud: 5+ years of experience with Service Cloud.
Platform Tools: 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Lightning and LWC.
Systems Integration: 2+ years of experience with API Integration and Single Sign-on (SSO).
SDLC: Proven experience with SFDX and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps or similar requirement-tracking tools.

Education & Certifications

Required: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Preferred: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Conga and Drawloop.
Familiarity with governmental compliance processes and FEDRAMP-compliant tools.
Exposure to large-scale data migration or cloud integration projects.
