Title: Marketing Technology Project Manager
Location: Westminster, CO 80021 Hybrid
Employment Type: 7+ Month W2 Contract to Hire (No C2C or Sponsorship Available)
Overview
Talent Groups is seeking a highly organized Marketing Technology Project Manager to lead a high priority marketing technology transformation initiative. This role will support the transition from legacy marketing systems to a modern MarTech stack, including migration into Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
The Project Manager will coordinate the end to end migration effort, ensuring systems are properly integrated, data flows are accurate, and business operations continue with minimal disruption.
This role requires strong technical project management experience with the ability to lead cross functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and oversee complex marketing technology implementations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead project management efforts for migration from Marketo to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Oversee additional marketing technology migrations following the initial implementation
• Coordinate cross functional teams including marketing operations, campaign management, system stakeholders, and external consultants
• Manage timelines, dependencies, scope, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Ensure accurate and seamless data integration between marketing systems and Salesforce
• Provide consistent executive level communication and project visibility
• Deliver weekly status updates and biweekly executive slide updates
• Maintain alignment across technical and business stakeholders
Required Experience
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong background in Marketing Operations or Marketing Technology environments
• Proven experience managing large scale software implementations or system migrations
• Experience with marketing automation platform migrations or CDP implementations preferred
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations including leads, contacts, campaigns, and permissions
• Expert level proficiency with project management tools, Wrike preferred
• Experience working in Agile environments and with third party vendors or consultants
• Strong understanding of data requirements in global B2B environments
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred
• Experience supporting enterprise marketing technology transformations
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketo environments
