Newgen API Configuration Engineer
We are seeking a Newgen API Configuration Engineer with strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting Newgen solutions within a healthcare environment. This position requires a local candidates
Responsibilities
- Configure, enhance, and support Newgen APIs and integration components based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform hands-on Newgen platform configuration, including workflows, interfaces, rules, and system integrations.
- Configure and troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs and integrations between Newgen and enterprise applications.
- Partner with business analysts, developers, architects, and application teams to translate requirements into technical configurations.
- Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues and provide production support as needed.
- Perform testing, validation, documentation, and deployment of configuration changes.
- Follow healthcare data security, privacy, change-management, and application-support standards.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Newgen API configuration.
- Strong experience configuring Newgen platforms/applications in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with APIs, web services, system integrations, and application configuration.
- Prior healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Must be local to the client location and able to meet any onsite/hybrid requirements.
