Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our AI Governance program. The role involves supporting the development, implementation, and oversight of AI governance policies and procedures. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with AI standards and contribute to continuous improvement of the AI governance framework.

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Downtown)
Experience: 1+ years (Internship in Governance and/or AI preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and maintenance of AI governance policies and procedures

Provide administrative and documentation support for governance meetings
Contribute to continuous improvement of AI governance frameworks

Required Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Basic understanding of AI technologies and governance principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

Internship or academic/project experience in AI, data governance, or related fields
Exposure to regulatory requirements and industry compliance standards
