We are looking for Data Management Program Manager for our client in New York City, NY / Pittsburgh, PA

Job Title: Data Management Program Manager

Job Location: New York City, NY / Pittsburgh, PA

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 4-7 years of program management, project management, or PMO experience, preferably within Data Management, Data Governance, Risk, or Regulatory initiatives.
  • Basic understanding of enterprise data management and governance concepts.
  • Familiarity with areas such as Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Lineage, Data Controls, and Regulatory Data Programs.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support execution and coordination of data governance and regulatory uplift initiatives.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams and stakeholders to gather status updates and maintain program reporting.
  • Prepare concise summaries, dashboards, and meeting materials for leadership reviews.
  • Support governance meetings, working groups, and action item tracking.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining program documentation, plans, and decision logs.
  • Collaborate across teams to collect information, resolve blockers, and improve coordination.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on actions and commitments across stakeholders.
  • Help drive consistency in program execution and communication.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience within banking or financial services organizations.
  • Exposure to regulatory or remediation programs.
  • Experience preparing executive status reporting and program dashboards.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
