Summary

Job Description

UST is hiring an experienced SAP APMe Consultant to work as a UAT Lead for a large-scale implementation with Elevance Health. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams, ensuring successful validation and delivery of SAP Agent Performance Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SAP APMe implementation
Work closely with stakeholders and implementation teams
Conduct discovery sessions, technical discussions, and client presentations
Design and validate commission and incentive compensation plans
Manage and analyze:
- Agent data
- Membership
- Premiums
- Commission structures
Provide technical solutions, estimations, and recommendations
Support SAP APMe modules including:
- Producer Management
- Compensation & Performance
- Agent Connection

Required Skills

3+ years of SAP APMe (Agent Performance Management Enterprise Edition)
8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
Strong expertise in:
- Commission calculations & payouts
- Incentive compensation plans
Experience working in UAT environments as Lead
Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in US Health Insurance domain
Prior experience with enterprise SAP implementations
