DESCRIPTION

The Provisioning Specialist III will focus on working cases inside of an internal messaging provisioning queue, Number Pooling and Toll-Free Verification requests, vendor and internal order troubleshooting, and messaging port outs. This role involves comprehensive messaging provisioning task cross-training, incorporating each element of the lifecycle of messaging provisioning within our internal systems, as well as a willingness to gain deep process knowledge, suggest process improvements and automation opportunities, and assist in inventory audits.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the internal messaging provisioning queue and related messaging provisioning tasks are consistently and expeditiously updated and resolved.

  • Support team members in the implementation of messaging provisioning inventory cleanups.

  • Engage in close collaboration with team members, leadership, and subject matter experts to implement process improvements.

  • Provide customer facing support related to messaging provisioning.

  • Maintain up-to-date familiarity with messaging related regulatory compliance needs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years of experience working in the telecommunications industry

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Must be a team player striving to meet organizational and company goals

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work well in highly pressured situations.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving aptitude

  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects with strong follow-up skills to deliver on established timelines.

This is a remote opportunity, but candidates must reside near one of our hub locations for occasional collaboration: Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; San Antonio, TX; Denver, CO

The annual starting salary for this position is between $48,000 - $72,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
