Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope schedule resources and budgets Oversee project governance processes including compliance reporting and audit readiness Lead steering committee meetings and provide regular status updates to executive stakeholders Ensure project deliverables align with organizational strategy and stakeholder expectations Identify assess and manage project risks and issues implementing mitigation strategies Coordinate with multiple teams and vendors to ensure seamless project execution Mentor and guide project managers and teams to enhance project delivery capabilities Support organizational change management efforts related to project initiatives
