Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Develop, maintain, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
· Design and implement integration solutions to meet business requirements.
· Work with XML, XSLT, CSV, and JSON for data transformation and mapping.
· Perform unit testing, troubleshoot integration issues, and support end-to-end testing efforts.
· Collaborate with HR, IT, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
· Ensure integrations comply with security standards, data governance policies, and compliance requirements.
· Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration designs and support procedures.
· Monitor integration performance and implement enhancements to improve reliability and efficiency.
Required Skills:
· 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Workday Integrations.
· Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
· Proficiency in XML, XSLT, CSV, and JSON.
· Experience with SOAP and REST APIs.
· Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and integration testing skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
· Experience working in cross-functional environments involving HR and IT teams.
