Manager is looking for a project manager engineer handling the either expense or maybe some capital project, its expense project relates to Utility operation infrastructure side. We needed people who have an engineering background and has project management experience to manage a project and also has been working In the Pharm industry. So basically, have some knowledge on the GMP operation, understand then if they have worked on utility, understand the impact. GMP Knowledge is important. It has to be a someone with chemical, mechanical, electrical experience. Needs to have the engineer degree and then being able to work on utility, that means the person has understanding all the HVAC chiller system, pulling tower, Water system, bidding control or architecture. Person will physically manage projects that that relate to the running of the machines and the equipment in the manufacturing facility. So, someone that that that understands the power grid. PMP certifications are good., so a traditional project manager with an engineering background.
Summary:
The main function of an Engineering Project Manager is to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects. A typical Engineering Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams, manages budgets and timelines, and ensures technical solutions meet quality and regulatory standards. Job Responsibilities: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Develop detailed project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Lead engineering teams through design, development, and implementation phases Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical challenges Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders Review and approve engineering documentation and technical reports
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) Solid understanding of engineering principles and technical documentation Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and risk management Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field required 8-10 years of experience in engineering project management or technical leadership Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Experience in manufacturing, construction, or technology industries is a plus
