The Role

A customer-facing quality engineering role responsible for driving data-driven quality metrics, ensuring compliance with AS9100 QMS requirements, and serving as the primary quality point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution in a defense/aerospace manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Evaluate and incorporate customer flow-down requirements into internal manufacturing processes
Establish and monitor KPIs; implement mitigation actions for negative trends
Generate First Article Inspection Reports per AS-9102 requirements
Facilitate MRB and FRB functions and publish periodic customer quality status reports
Support proposal and contract review functions
Drive preventive and corrective actions for non-compliances

What We Need

U.S. Citizenship required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Business, or related field
Experience within an AS9100 Quality Management System organization
Drawing interpretation and GD&T principles knowledge
Strong root cause analysis skills and auditing experience a plus
Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
