Agentic AI Product Manager

Job Description:

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to define and drive the roadmap for an enterprise AI Agent Platform The role focuses on product strategy use case identification stakeholder alignment and platform governance ensuring AI capabilities are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable value

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI platform product strategy and roadmap
• Identify and prioritize enterprise AI use cases aligned to business outcomes
• Translate business needs into AI platform capabilities features and requirements
• Drive the development of a scalable AI platform including governance guardrails and security frameworks
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure effective implementation of AI solutions
• Define best practices operating models and lifecycle management for AI agents
• Ensure compliance PII handling and data governance policies are embedded into the platform
• Work with stakeholders to define success metrics adoption strategy and ROI tracking
• Lead product discussions with leadership including roadmap alignment and prioritization

Required Skills Expertise

• Experience in AIGenAI product management preferably with Agentic AI platforms

Strong understanding of

• AILLM capabilities Claude Azure AI Databricks
• RAG architectures and AI workflows
• Enterprise data platforms and integrations

Experience defining

• Product roadmaps and prioritization frameworks
• AI governance guardrails and compliance standards

• Ability to bridge business data and engineering teams
• Strong understanding of PII handling regulatory compliance and responsible AI practices
• Experience working in enterprise transformation or platform environments

Qualifications

• 8-15 years in product management technology strategy
• 3 years in AI Data GenAI product roles
• Proven experience delivering platform or enterprise scale products
• MBA or relevant productAI certifications preferred

• Defined and executed a clear AI platform roadmap
• Enabled business aligned AI use cases with measurable outcomes
• Established platform governance policies and operating models
