Java Full Stack Tech Lead ReactJS (Telecom Domain)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Tech Lead with strong ReactJS expertise and Telecom domain experience to lead design, development, and delivery of scalable, high performance applications. The role combines hands on development with technical leadership, architecture oversight, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end to end design and development of Java Full Stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and ReactJS

Define application architecture, coding standards, and best practices

Guide and mentor developers; perform code reviews and ensure quality compliance

Translate business and telecom requirements into scalable technical solutions

Drive API design, system integration, and performance optimisation

Collaborate with product owners, architects, DevOps, and QA teams

Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of applications

Support production releases, defect resolution, and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience:-

Technical Skills:-

Strong hands on experience in Java (8+), Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices

Front end expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins

Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)

Strong understanding of system design and distributed architecture

Domain & Leadership

Telecom domain experience (Telecom Network Inventory)

Experience leading teams in Agile/Scrum environments

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience & Education

8 12 years of overall IT experience

Minimum 2 3 years in a Tech Lead / Technical Architect like role
