If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Senior Operations Research Scientist in the Tech Development and Analytics team at client.

As an Operations Research Scientist, you will be at the forefront of driving the development and deployment of our latest optimization, simulation, and data science models to production. If you''''''''re a forward-thinking, technically adept individual with a passion for mathematical modelling this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Experience formulating and solving optimization problems
  • MS or PhD in mathematics, operations research, physics, computer science, industrial engineering or related field.
  • Programming experience in Python and/or R, version control (Git), and database (SQL, MySQL) and common data science libraries (e.g. Pandas, Numpy)
  • Knowledge and experience with statistics and data science
  • At least 5 years of experience using analysis to solve complex problems
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance, or willingness to obtain Clearance
  • Wiling to temporarily relocate to (or already reside in) Omaha, NE
    • If relocating, we will provide a comprehensive relocation package inclusive of temporary housing

Bonus Points

  • Practical experience applying AI/ML techniques
  • Basic data engineering skills (data cleaning, building ETL pipelines, and/or database administration)
  • Cloud-based development (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, etc) and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • TS/SCI Clearance
