They need someone who can design new, secure network connections for a client’s application—not just someone who provides network support.

The client needs a Senior Network Infrastructure Architect who can design secure network connections between the company, its clients, and vendors.

Banking or financial services experience

Experience with firewalls, DMZ, MQ, and secure file transfers.

Understanding of how applications communicate with each other.

Hands-on network design experience.

Strong network engineering and architecture experience.

Search for a hands-on Network/Infrastructure Architect with strong client connectivity and network design experience, preferably in banking or financial services

Look for someone who has designed enterprise or financial-services client connectivity, extranet/DMZ architecture, application-to-application communication, and secure MQ/file-transfer connectivity.
