Job Description:
We're looking for a Product Manager to join the Data Engineering and Analytics organization and drive the execution, visibility, and clarity of our Sales Data Products portfolio. You'll work closely with the Director of Product Management as a force multiplier keeping cross-functional teams aligned, engineering unblocked, and leadership informed. This is a high-impact execution-focused role for someone who thrives on bringing structure to complexity, communicates with precision, and makes progress visible.

What You'll Do
Product Strategy
Partner with the Director of Product Management for Sales Data Products to own the roadmap and drive delivery of complex data products from discovery through launch and measurement. Translate ambiguous problems into clearly scoped initiatives with defined outcomes.

Execution & Operational Clarity
Own the day-to-day execution rhythm of the team run planning meetings, maintain Jira/Linear hygiene, produce clear status reporting, and ensure leadership and stakeholders have real-time visibility into what's in flight, what's at risk, and what's shipped.

Data & AI Innovation
Work with large-scale datasets to inform product decisions, build stakeholder conviction through data, surface customer insights, and identify product improvement opportunities in partnership with analytics and engineering teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the connective tissue between Engineering, Sales, Analytics, Finance, and Go-To-Market teams. Drive alignment across functions to scale product adoption and usage, and ensure no work falls through the cracks between teams.

Customer Empathy
Translate customer feedback and real-world workflows into precise, actionable requirements that enable engineers to build consumable, high-quality data products. Write clear PRDs and specs that leave no room for ambiguity.

Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience in product management or a highly technical, data-oriented engineering role
Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex data systems, API platforms, and AI/ML technologies
Proven track record delivering both 0-to-1 products and scaling products at enterprise level, with measurable business impact
Strong written communication skills you write documents that make decisions easier and meetings shorter
Experience managing project visibility tooling (Jira, Linear, or equivalent) and producing executive-ready reporting
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have
Prior experience at a SaaS company or in a Sales/Revenue technology domain
Familiarity with data infrastructure, pipelines, or analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Tableau)
Experience embedding with engineering teams in an agile environment
