Pay Rate: $70.00/hr On W2 ($77.00/hr C2C) 

Role Summary
Seeking a Principal Consultant – SAP S/4HANA FICO with 10–15+ years of IT experience for a 100% on-site role in Irving, TX. 
The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise as a Solution Architect across multiple full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations. Key responsibilities include leading solution design, configuration, and testing of core FI/CO modules (AP, AR, New GL, Product Costing, Material Ledger, COPA), integration with SD/MM/EWM, ABAP debugging, and managing conference room pilots. 
Experience in highly regulated Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical environments with strict GxP and SOX compliance is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
* Solution Architecture & Design: Lead business process consulting, problem definition, architecture design, and configuration for SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions.
* Core FI/CO Configuration: Hands-on design, build, and testing of Financial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO), including AP, AR, New GL, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Profit/Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and COPA.
* Module Integration & Technical Debugging: Architect key integration points between FICO and SD, MM, and EWM modules; leverage ABAP debugging skills to troubleshoot custom client enhancements.
* Client Engagement & Governance: Conduct solution demonstrations, Proofs of Concept (POC), conference room pilots (CRP), prepare effort estimations, and direct global onsite/offshore delivery teams.
* Regulatory & Compliance Management: Ensure solution alignment with GxP and SOX requirements within a regulated Life Sciences / Pharma environment.

Required Skills
* Core Experience: 10–15+ years of total IT experience, with at least 12 years in SAP configuration, architecture design, and deployment.
* SAP S/4HANA FICO Expertise: Deep hands-on experience across multiple full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA FICO end-to-end implementations (including 1+ project as a Solution Architect at client location).
* Deep FI/CO Functional Stack: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), New GL, Product Costing/Actual Costing/Material Ledger, Cost/Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and COPA.
* Integration Depth: Hands-on integration experience between FICO and SD, MM, and EWM modules.
* Technical Proficiency: ABAP debugging skills to analyze custom code and resolve technical-functional issues.

Preferred Qualifications
* Industry domain experience in Life Sciences / Pharmaceuticals under GxP and SOX regulatory frameworks.
* Proven track record leading client-facing presentations and coordinating offshore team deliverables.
